WHAT I CAN DO FOR YOU

EXPLOSIVE POWER FOR LONGER DRIVES

It takes 1/5 of a second for the golfer to accelerate to 100mph and back to zero making it one of the most dynamic movements in sport.
Training for speed includes a range of explosive movements to enable the bodys nervous system to react faster.

MOBILITY FOR OPTIMAL SWING ANGLES

A golf swing requires most of the body's joints to perform near maximal ranges of motion.
Sufficient mobility is the basic building block to playing golf, reducing the risk of injury.

Golfing

STRENGTH FOR FATIGUE FREE GOLF

A golfer will need to develop strength through multiple planes while concentrating on correct sequencing of muscle activation.
By developing golf strength the risk of injury is significantly reduced.

PREVENT INJURIES

There are 5 key problem areas for the golfers, the lower back, wrist, shoulder, elbow and hip.
A lack of movement and strength in the body causes compensation patterns leading to pain and inability to perform correct swing planes.

STABILITY FOR A CONSISTENT SWING

A lack of stability can lead to stress on joints and loss of energy transfer. correct stabilization from the hips, torso, arms and club head reduces consistency of the swing.
